Power is back! It came back at 4:12am. The house lit up like a movie set, so we walked around turning everything off and managed to fall back asleep.

Thirty-three hours without power or water can seem like a lifetime. But… I was able to shower this morning, the food is back in the fridge, the garage door opener works again, and the network is back up.

We’re very spoiled by reliable power in industrialized countries like ‘merica.
