Better luck with the salmon than we had with the beef ribs. I used the recipe above to marinate the salmon (2.3 lbs worth), then cooked it on the grill, medium heat, for about 7 minutes a side. Grilled but not charred on the outside, flakes-with-a-fork on the inside. Perfect! And it tastes delicious the next day, too.

The best part is that we got almost twice the amount of salmon from Sam’s Club as we would’ve from Genuardi’s for the same price. We’ll definitely be doing a lot more meat shopping at Sam’s from now on.
