Failed cooking experiment this evening as my first attempt to cook beef short ribs failed. It wasn’t a disaster, but not up to expectations. I’m not giving up beef ribs, merely trying to cook beef ribs on a gas grill.
Tomorrow’s experiment: grilled salmon. From what I remember from a cooking show some time ago, it’s important to have a clean grill. Then I should take a clean rag, put some olive oil on it, then wipe the rag across the grill. Or am I completely making that up? Anyway, wish me luck.
