Spring is here. The weather was sunny today, with a high of 78. The dumpster we ordered for yard waste has come and gone. Grass seed is down and we’re waiting for sprouts. We’re shopping for a grill. Work has calmed down a little bit, allowing me to shift into proactive mode again (until the next emergency). My real estate class is over next week, after which I’ll probably sit for the national exam, then become licensed. Softball season has started for Sherri. We’re gathering bids on remodeling our master bath, and should have someone hired by the end of this weekend. A new couch (not that color) was ordered yesterday and should be here in 8-12 weeks. Guest bedroom #1 is almost ready; we need to sand and stain the floor, and put up new closet shelves.
