Animal Control is only worried about gators three feet or larger. This one doesn’t look that big.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office doesn’t deal with gators, their job seems to be to keep people and gators separate and safe. So if someone is throwing rocks at the gator, or the gator is threatening someone’s dog, they’ll act to keep the people and animal both safe.
