We’re here. We arrived in our new home around noontime yesterday, got the keys, checked the mail, and started the long settling in process. We’ve already been to Walmart once, and managed to drop $200 at Publix (though, in fairness, $25 of that was a SunPass). After errands we hit the downtown area for the farmers market (but got there too late) and some greasy NY style pizza. Leah and Rory were kind enough to host us for dinner and lodging our first night here.

Chaos ensues two short hours from now when the movers arrive. This begins the game of putting a house sized load into an apartment+garage. I’m REALLY looking forward to a beer and balcony lounging at the end of this day as reward.
