I am still alive, though busy. I have a moment to spare here while I wait for several processes to complete.

We moved the office from one of the upstairs bedroom down to the “den”… or “mudroom” as we’ve been previously calling it. To do that I had to run a long coax cable in the basement, then fish it up next to the heater pipe and into the den. Then we could plug in our cable modem, move the computers down, plug our phone into the Vonage router, etc. Nice to cross that project off the list.

Now the office is downstairs, and there’s an extra room upstairs. So it’s time to paint. We tested a patch of paint for the front bedroom and had a case of buyer’s remorse. A lighter color in that room should do the job.

It’s a great Scrabble-type game. Sherri and I have been playing almost every night as a way to exercise the brain before falling asleep.
