No home showings over the weekend, and no offers from the 3 showings the weekend before. Seems to be a bit of a lull in activity.

Concerns heard thus far pertain to the size/layout of the downstairs. Not much to do about that.

We think the lack of central A/C might be keeping people away, too. We’re trying to get ahead of that one by having a company quote up the install for us. Armed with that perhaps we can offer a credit. Just to make it a little pricier, we’d need to upgrade to 200amp service at the same time. Sigh.

The house will have been on the market for one month as of tomorrow, so it’s early yet. Optimism is still high.
