The Obama campaign has probably done everything humanly possible to make sure that people know the primary is tomorrow, where to go to vote, what to expect when you get there, and, of course, who to vote for. The TV ads have been mostly non-negative — up until one of Mrs. Clinton’s ads today. A campaign volunteer was working the neighborhood on Saturday, polling to see if they could rely on my vote on Tuesday. Today when I got home from work there was a card hanging from my doornob reminding me about Barack Obama, and letting me know what ID to bring to the polling place and that as long as I’m in line by 8pm I’m OK. And the candidate has been crisscrossing the area like a man possessed, even stopping in our little town over the weekend.
So that’s it, then. The die has been cast. Hopefully by late tomorrow evening or early Wednesday we’ll have some resolution on the Obama vs. Clinton double-overtime primary extravaganza.
