More Turbotax stupidity

As a follow-up to the support ticket I opened the other day (that they closed but didn’t resolve), I received an email yesterday. Bear in mind this is an EMAIL, not a web page:

Soooo…. how does one click a [Submit] button in an email? And I thought maybe I’m supposed to reply to the email and put X’s in the fields, but it clearly states DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.

Seriously, Turbotax needs to fix their shit (there’s no better way to say that) before next year or else I’ll have to go elsewhere.
