SATURDAY:

Day in Manhattan. That’s me on the Staten Island Ferry. Later we wandered through Chinatown and along Canal Street, shopping for authentic luxury items; lunch in Little Italy, featuring a parade; wandering in Times Square trying to meet up with people; sushi somewhere on 2nd Ave. around 39th; terrifying cab ride back down to lower Manhattan; an hour wait for the rest of our party.

Not much. Reading, watching football and Why We Fight… that’s about it.
